Just to use this opportunity to express our thanks and great satisfaction with the work done last week on the 12th of November. The electrician was professional and helpful by explaining everything about the installation system. He was very knowledgeable in installing the oven and cook top and it was a pleasure having him in my house.
Called this number when I had some switchboard issues after the heavy storms last week. there was somebody who answered my calls every time, and when the electrician got here he explained to me where the fault was and how to get it fixed. Happy with their easy-going approach, and their friendly service. I will consider using this electrician again for his good work.
This electrician was recommended to me by a friend and I must say they did a good job on installing my fan lights. Peter the electrician was lovely and did a few freebies while he was here. I’d also say it’s worth checking their website for deals since they were doing an offer on lighting when I needed my job doing.
I see their vans regularly where I live in the inner west, so I decided to give them a try when my power kept shorting out at my property. The electrician who attended came on time and was very professional, went straight down to business to isolate the issue and worked hard to fix the whole problem. He stuck to his quote, and didn't make a mess anywhere, so I was pleased with his workmanship.
Electrician came out last Friday on the 13th. Switch kept tripping power in the kitchen, so I called up pretty early in the morning and someone actually answered! I arranged same day appointment to get it resolved, and the electrician fixed everything up and no problems since.
You definitely feel that you get what you pay for with this electrician, the service I received was very pleasant and professional. My experience with other tradesmen have shown I can't depend on them turning up, but these guys I can actually rely on to turn up on time as agreed.

This electrician helped us with the renovation of our new house last week Friday the 14th. Kent initially came out to review my issue which was a bar light that was broken, he quickly assessed what needed to be done and gave me options. I called up the service centre and they advised that someone could come out the same day. Simon arrived within the time frame and had the job finished very quickly Would recommend 10\10.
Kent was very pleasant to deal with and I was impressed with the way he showed and involved his apprentice in fixing up our power points. I really liked how he explained what was needed to be done in simple and understandable language.

Simon came out at the time he indicated (even phoned ahead giving 30 mins warning of arrival) and quoted on the work to be done and made some helpful suggestions as well. The quote was a little out of my price range, so I didn't proceed but full compliments to Simon all the same.
Tony arrived on time ... big tick. Whilst as the owner I contacted your company, I had a tenant waiting for Tony's arrival. When I booked for an electrician the receptionist took my details, understood what I was saying and that was conveyed to Tony (I didn't have to repeat myself). Tony discussed situation and whilst recommended what to do left the decision to me. Work completed in a timely manner n payment made over phone. You are on a winner with this level of service. The electrician gave me very useful and relevant information about the capacity of my power points and appliances. This helped me to make better choices about the wattage of a product I was going to buy. The electrician actually saved me some money by providing that information.
Tony had a difficult and fiddly job finding an intermittent fault in one of 3 possible electrical points. His patience was exemplary particularly considering how hot it was. He was very careful to ensure I understood each step he needed to take and to make sure I was sure of how much it was going to cost as the original quote needed to be updated when I decided to have a power surge protection installed.
Allan and Harry recently did a job at my place. They were both very professional and helpful. They listened to what I was asking and offered suggestions and advice. They were both polite and courteous. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them. I hope next time I'm lucky enough to have them back for another job.
